There were multiple incidents of stalkers appearing at the con, at least 2 of them were there to see Amouranth. One incident which made her retreat to her private room and not come back down, causing a critism of security measures. And another outside the con that caused her to flee. xQc was harassed at a party despite the repeated warnings and exclamations to stop. There were reports of both attendees and staff members being rude to each other. and of course Adriana Chechik breaking her back in two places due to the foam pit of the Face Off Challenge. Which is a serious issue considering how the foam pit is there to prevent that from happening. And without it there she probably wouldn't of been injured. Her back was broken in 2 places and she had to get surgery to put a metal rod in her back for support.
