And honestly we dont know much about her. We dont know how she died, and there are plenty of theories that claim to have evidence for her being a springlock victim. Maybe William knew that it would be easier that way. After all if she does possess golden freddy. We figure he could be a springlock suit that had the guts removed, hence the slumped over nature in his fnaf 1 form. However if this was the case and cassidy's body was in that suit they would have found it when gutting it. But maybe william was the one who gutted it considering how he was the suit technician. For a suit technician however he did miss the fatal flaw with the animatronics he literally designed. Since he got in the suit when it was wet.
